Touch 18km today. A run began at Kembangan towards ECP Park Connector, the turn left towards NSRC, return back.. pass by McDonald and end near a public carpark.
Stops 6 times for water break. Of 2 which is 100 plus.
Were not able to push to 20k due to cramps encountered at 15km mark. Decide to take it slowly, as i have been traing quite frequent this week.
Later in the evening went to NB concept shops at velocity novena to check with the expert of running shoes suited for my running style. Was keen to get 1224. Initally the recommended model 768 as it mid-stability with cushioning. Cost much lesser. But After trying 1224 and running fast on the threadmill, I think 1224 is way better. Got it! Will post the shoe photo later.
