Standard Chartered 2009

After the Nike Human Race run, which I clocked 1hr 25min, this time conquered the full marathon for the 3rd time, 2nd for Singapore Standard Chartered Marathon.

Comparing to last year, it was almost 1hr slower .. however I didnt train much, so could not complain... anyway hope I will consistently built back that speed and stamina to better the result.

This Year time is : 6h 39min 27sec ( Chip time)

Sundown Marathon 2009 - 31 May 2009

20090418 - ECP-> ChangiBeach & Back - 24km

Did a 24km - Time 3hr 30min.

Almost gave up on the route back the 7.9km stretch of Changi Park Connector + ~4km to the carpark near sunsetbay.

IPT & IPPT test

This month I did 3 x 2.4km run test...

Cat Test - 12min48sec
Trial Run - 11min 58sec

Actualtest - 12min 06sec

JP morgan Corporate Chase - 5.6km almost like 6km!

Didnt do very well for this.. Too much traffic to even rtun properly. Was stuck behind a huge group of walkers.

Set best time at 11min.46secs

20090227 ScPark 2 -> 1 -> PGP 10km

Completed 10km on friday evening it was a good relax run. Time 1hr 15min.

20090224 - IPPT 2.4km

Completed 2.4km in 12:16 !..

20090222 - ECP -Fort Rd

Did a short 4km at 25min

20090220= SC Park II-> Bt Chandu-> SC Park 1 -> NUS

Did A 13km run today at 1hr 24min.

20090217 - WCP Run

Did a 8km run at 43 mins thru WestCoastPark

20090216 - ScPK_II -> Bukit Chandu

Did a 7km run up bukit chandu today.

20090213 - 2.5km at gym

did a fast 2.5km at gym today

completed 10km... on a hazy evening

Completed a 10km run today.

20090206 - Gym and 3.5km run

Completed 3.5km in 20 min on the threadmill.

20090203- WestCoastPark

Completed 12km at 1hr 28min. One of my Personal best so far.

Completed 7km today.

Completed 11.5km at 1hr 30min leisure pace

20090117 - Punggol Run

Completed a 5km run at 32min last nite.

20090114 - Pepys Rd Run

Completed a 9km run from ScParkII -> PepysRD -> Vigilante Drv -> South BounaVista -> PGP & back. Time = 1hr 15min.

20090111 - Bedok Reservoir Park

Completed 4.5km run at 27min.

20090106 - ECP run 10.5 km

Completed 10.5 km at 1hr 21min this morning.

20090104 - ECP morning run

Did a 7km run with cousin Amjad. It was a cool morning. First run for the new year.
